摘要
管理思想产生于特定的社会环境,工具产生于思想,用于解决具体的问题。精益生产(LP)起源于丰田、普及在制造业,适用于多品种、小批量订单拉动式的生产模式。文章针对某型产品的装配流程,从团队建设、价值流分析、生产线平衡、工艺装备优化、单元化等方面,进行精益思想工具应用,取得了缩短生产周期,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,实现稳定批产的效果,达到了精益生产的目标。
The management thought comes from the specific social environment,the tool comes from the thought,which is used to solve the specific problems.Lean production(LP)originated from Toyota and popularized in manufacturing industry,which is suitable for the production mode of multi variety and small batch order pull.Aiming at the assembly process of a certain product,this paper applies lean thought tools from the aspects of team building,value flow analysis,production line balance,process and equipment optimization,and unitization,and achieves the goal of lean production by shortening production cycle,improving production efficiency,reducing production cost,achieving stable batch production.
