摘要
目的观察相对低压的高压氧下联合低频电刺激对轻、中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺通气和和血气生化的影响。方法选取合并动态过度充气的轻、中度的COPD患者120例,随机数字表法分成低频电刺激组、高压氧组、高压氧联合低频电刺激组(联合组),每组各40例。低频电刺激组在原有的药物治疗上增加低频电刺激治疗,高压氧组在原有的药物治疗上相对低压的高压氧治疗,联合组在原有药物治疗上增加相对低压的高压氧环境下应用低频电刺激治疗,各组治疗周期均为12周,每周5次。对比治疗前后3组患者的肺功能通气和血气生化指标。结果治疗后,联合组肺通气功能指标FEV1/FVC(%)、PEF、PEF25、PEFR(L/s),血气分析指标pH、PaO2、PaCO2均优于其他组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在相对低的高压氧环境下应用低频电刺激可显著改善轻、中度COPD患者过度充气并提高患者的运动耐受性。
Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with low frequency electrical stimulation on pulmonary ventilation and blood gas biochemistry in patients with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 120 patients with mild to moderate COPD with dynamic hyperinfl ation were randomly divided into low frequency electrical stimulation group,hyperbaric oxygen group and hyperbaric oxygen combined low frequency electrical stimulation group(combined group),40 cases in each group.The low frequency stimulation group added low frequency stimulation therapy to the original drug treatment,the hyperbaric oxygen group used relatively low pressure hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the original drug treatment,and the combined group used low frequency stimulation therapy under the hyperbaric oxygen environment with relatively low pressure on the original drug treatment.The treatment cycle of each group was 12 weeks,three times a week.The pulmonary function ventilation and blood gas biochemical indexes of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,FEV1/FVC(%),PEF,PEF25,PEFR(L/s),blood gas analysis index pH,PaO2,PaCO2 in the combined group were better than those in other groups,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low frequency electrical stimulation in relatively low hyperbaric oxygen environment can signifi cantly improve the hyperinfl ation and exercise tolerance of patients with mild to moderate COPD.
