早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭患者的临床有效性及安全性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭患者的临床有效性及安全性。方法纳入我院100例2017年5月至2018年4月心力衰竭患者。随机数字表分组,呋塞米治疗组对于心力衰竭患者选择呋塞米治疗,早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米组对于心力衰竭患者选择早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗。比对两组疗效;症状得到控制、心功能改善级别达到两级的时间、心电图显示恢复至正常的时间;治疗前后患者心率、呼吸、收缩压以及舒张压;低血钾、恶心等的发生率。结果早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米组疗效、症状得到控制、心功能改善级别达到两级的时间、心电图显示恢复至正常的时间、心率、呼吸、收缩压以及舒张压相比呋塞米治疗组有优势,P<0.05。早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米组低血钾、恶心等的发生率无异于呋塞米治疗组,P>0.05。结论早期使用小剂量多巴胺联合呋塞米治疗心力衰竭的疗效肯定,可有效改善患者的病情,改善生命体征,并缩短治疗的时间,无明显不良反应,安全性高。 Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy and safety of early use of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide in the treatment of heart failure.Methods 100 patients with heart failure in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled.Randomized number table grouping,furosemide treatment group for heart failure patients choose furosemide treatment,early use of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide group for heart failure patients choose early use of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide treatment.The curative effect was compared between the two groups;the time when the symptoms were controlled,the heart function improved to two levels,and the electrocardiogram showed the recovery to normal;the heart rate,breathing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment;and the incidence of hypokalemia and nausea.Results Compared with furosemide group,the effect,symptoms were controlled,heart function improved to two levels,ECG showed recovery time to normal,heart rate,respiration,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the early use of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide group were superior,P<0.05.The incidence of hypokalemia and nausea in the early use of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide group was similar to that in furosemide group(P>0.05).Conclusion Early use of low-dose dopamine combined with furosemide in the treatment of heart failure is effective,can effectively improve the patient's condition,improve vital signs,and shorten the treatment time,no obvious adverse reactions,high safety.
