应用缬沙坦与稳心颗粒治疗高血压并发心律失常的效果比较

Comparison of Valsartan and Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的探讨应用缬沙坦与稳心颗粒治疗高血压并发心律失常的效果比较。方法选择我院2015年1月至2018年12月收治的高血压并发心律失常患者参与研究,一共80例,随机分组,各组为40例,缬沙坦治疗组给予患者缬沙坦治疗,缬沙坦与稳心颗粒组在缬沙坦的前提下,使用稳心颗粒,比较两组患者的治疗疗效、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径和左心室射血分数。结果①缬沙坦与稳心颗粒组治疗有效率达到95.00%,缬沙坦治疗组治疗有效率仅为75.00%%,缬沙坦与稳心颗粒组治疗有效率明显高于缬沙坦治疗组,P<0.05。②与治疗前对比,两组患者治疗后左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径明显降低,左心室射血分数明显上升,P<0.05。与缬沙坦治疗组对比,缬沙坦与稳心颗粒组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径明显更低,左心室射血分数明显更高,P<0.05。结论应用缬沙坦与稳心颗粒治疗高血压并发心律失常的效果优于单一缬沙坦,可更好改善患者心功能,安全有效,无不良反应,应用价值高。

Objective To compare the effects of valsartan and Wenxin granules in the treatment of hypertension complicated with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.A total of 80 patients were randomized into 40 patients in each group.The valsartan treatment group was given valsartan treatment.The valsartan and Wenxin granules were compared with valsartan,and the therapeutic effi cacy,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and left ventricular ejection fraction were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The effective rate of valsartan and Wenxin granules was 95.00%,and the effective rate of valsartan treatment was only 75.00%.The effective rate of valsartan and Wenxin granules was signifi cantly higher than that of sassafras.Tan treatment group,P<0.05.(2)Compared with before treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the two groups were signifi cantly decreased after treatment,and the left ventricular ejection fraction increased signifi cantly,P<0.05.Compared with the valsartan group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were signifi cantly lower after treatment with valsartan and Wenxin granules,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was signifi cantly higher,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of valsartan and Wenxin granules in the treatment of hypertension complicated with arrhythmia is better than single valsartan,which can improve the heart function of patients,safe and effective,no adverse reactions,and high application value.
