加速康复外科在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性疾病中的效果探讨

The Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in the Treatment of Ovarian Benign Diseases by Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性疾病中加速康复外科的临床治疗效果。方法本研究将对我科临床入选(2019年1月至2019年10月)的30例接受腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性疾病患者随机分为对照组(n=15,应用传统临床路径)和观察组(n=15,应用加速康复外科)。比较两组患者康复情况相关指标和不良反应发生情况以及术后白血胞升高百分比、D-二聚体升高百分比。结果离床活动时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间以及住院时间等康复情况相关指标与对照组比较,观察组均显著较短,差异显著(P<0.05);腹胀、恶心呕吐、切口渗液以及寒战等不良反应发生率观察组与对照组发生率不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后白血胞升高百分比、D-二聚体升高百分比和对照组比较,观察组水平均较低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性疾病中应用加速康复外科的临床效果显著,促进了患者的康复,安全可靠,值得推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian diseases.Methods In this study,30 patients who were clinically selected in our department(from January 2019 to October 2019)undergoing laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian disease were randomly divided into a control group(n=15,using the traditional clinical route)and Observation group(n=15,application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery).The two groups of patients were compared with indicators related to rehabilitation and the occurrence of adverse reactions,as well as the percentage of increased white blood cells and the percentage of D-dimer after surgery.Results Compared with the control group,rehabilitation related indexes such as time to bed,anal exhaust time,fi rst defecation time,and hospitalization time were signifi cantly shorter in the observation group,with signifi cant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions such as liquid and chills was not signifi cant in the observation group and the control group,and was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the percentage of white blood cells increased,the percentage of D-dimer increased,The level of the group was lower,and the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian diseases with laparoscopic surgery has a signifi cant clinical effect,promotes the rehabilitation of patients,is safe and reliable,and is worthy of promotion and application.
