磁共振全身弥散成像技术在恶性肿瘤临床分期中的应用

摘要 目的分析并研究磁共振全身弥散成像技术在恶性肿瘤临床分期中的应用价值。方法选择2017年3月至2019年5月我院收治的50例恶性肿瘤患者为研究样本,对所有患者均进行磁共振全身弥散成像技术检查,对患者进行三维重建和黑白翻转技术,构建类PET图像,对患者的磁共振全身弥散成像检查结果的基本情况进行分析,观察记录病灶的显示情况、病灶的转移状况和肿瘤分期的改变状态等。结果经过磁共振全身弥散成像技术检查,50例患者中共发现143个病灶,其中转移灶有115个,占比为80.42%。同时,在检查前未发生转移的17例患者中,有7例患者在经过磁共振全身弥散成像检查后,转移增加率为14%。同时,共有18例患者的肿瘤分期出现了改变,占比为36%。结论在恶性肿瘤临床分期中,磁共振全身弥散成像技术的应用价值较大,不仅能够有效鉴别良恶性肿瘤,在节省医疗时间、提高治疗疗效等方面,应用效果也极为显著。 Objective To analyze and study the application value of magnetic resonance systemic dispersion imaging in the clinical stage of malignant tumor.Methods 50 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research samples.All patients were examined with magnetic resonance imaging,three-dimensional reconstruction and black and white reversal were performed,and PET images were constructed.The basic conditions of the results of the MRI systemic dispersion imaging were analyzed,and the indications of the lesions,metastasis and stage changes were observed.Results After the magnetic resonance imaging examination,there were 143 lesions in 50 patients,of which 115 were metastatic lesions,accounting for 80.42%.At the same time,of the 17 patients who did not undergo metastasis before the examination,7 patients had a 14%increase in metastasis after undergoing magnetic resonance dispersion imaging.At the same time,a total of 18 patients had their tumors changed in stages,accounting for 36%.Conclusion In the clinical stage of malignant tumor,the application of magnetic resonance systemic diffuse imaging technology is of great value.It can not only effectively identify benign malignant tumors,but also save medical time and improve the curative effect.
