多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆症的临床效果及安全性研究

Clinical Eeffect and Safety of Donepezil in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

目的探讨多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆症的临床效果及安全性。方法纳入我院88例2017年4月至2018年2月老年痴呆症患者。随机数字表分组,常规药物治疗干预组采取常规药物治疗,常规药物治疗干预联合多奈哌齐治疗组则采取常规药物加上多奈哌齐治疗。比较常规药物治疗干预组、常规药物治疗干预联合多奈哌齐治疗组效果;认知改善的时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者认知功能MMSE量表分数、生活自理能力ADL量表分数;不良反应。结果常规药物治疗干预联合多奈哌齐治疗组效果、认知改善的时间、住院时间、认知功能MMSE量表分数、生活自理能力ADL量表分数相比较常规药物治疗干预组更好,P<0.05。常规药物治疗干预联合多奈哌齐治疗组不良反应和常规药物治疗干预组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论常规药物加上多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆症的效果理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of donepezil in the treatment of alzheimer's disease.Methods 88 patients with alzheimer's disease were enrolled in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2012.The random number table was divided into two groups:the conventional drug therapy intervention group received conventional drug therapy,and the conventional drug therapy intervention group combined with donepezil received conventional drug therapy plus donepezil treatment.To compare the effects of conventional drug therapy intervention group,conventional drug therapy intervention group combined with donepezil treatment group;Duration of cognitive improvement,length of hospital stay;Before and after treatment,MMSE scores of cognitive function and ADL scores of self-care ability of patients were measured.The adverse event.Results Compared with the conventional drug therapy intervention group,the effect,duration of cognitive improvement,length of hospital stay,MMSE score of cognitive function and ADL score of self-care ability were better in the conventional drug therapy intervention group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in side effects between the conventional drug therapy intervention group and the conventional drug therapy intervention group(P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional drugs combined with donepezil are effective in the treatment of alzheimer's disease.
