胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病急性并发症的临床疗效分析

目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病急性并发症的临床疗效。方法选入我院2016年1月至2019年1月50例糖尿病急性并发症患者,数字表法分组,分为胰岛素每天多次皮下注射治疗组以及胰岛素泵持续皮下治疗组。比较两组满意程度;疾病治疗的依从性;血糖达标时间、尿酮体转阴时间;治疗前后糖化血红蛋白、平均血糖;以及低血糖比例。结果胰岛素泵持续皮下治疗组满意程度、疾病治疗的依从性、血糖达标时间、尿酮体转阴时间、治疗前后糖化血红蛋白、平均血糖、以及低血糖比例方面相比胰岛素每天多次皮下注射治疗组更有优势,P<0.05。结论糖尿病急性并发症患者实施胰岛素泵治疗效果确切,依从性好,可有效控制血糖,改善血糖的水平,缩短尿酮体转阴时间并减少胰岛素的用量,减少低血糖的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy of insulin pump in the treatment of acute diabetic complications.Methods 50 patients with acute diabetes complications from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected into the group of insulin daily multiple subcutaneous injection therapy group and insulin pump continuous subcutaneous treatment group.Compare the satisfaction of two groups;Compliance with disease treatment;Blood sugar standard time,urinary ketone body yin time;Glycated hemoglobin and average blood sugar before and after treatment;And hypoglycemia.Results Insulin pump continued subcutaneous treatment group satisfaction degree,disease treatment compliance,blood sugar standard time,urine ketone body yin time,before and after the treatment of hemoglobin glycosylation,average blood sugar,and hypoglycemia ratio than insulin injection treatment group many times a day more Advantages,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of insulin pump in patients with acute diabetic complications is accurate,and the compliance is good.It can effectively control blood sugar,improve blood sugar level,shorten the transposition time of the urinary ketone body and reduce the amount of insulin,and reduce the incidence of low blood sugar.
