多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Dopamine Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside in the Treatment of Left Ventricular Failure after Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭的临床效果。方法纳入我院100例2017年1月至2018年4月心肌梗死后左心衰竭患者。随机数字表分组,多巴胺单一药物治疗组选择多巴胺治疗,多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗组则选择多巴胺加上硝普钠治疗。比对两组疗效;症状得到控制、心功能改善级别达到1级、心电图正常时间;施治前后患者心率、收缩以及舒张压力、呼吸情况;肌肉颤搐、心音遥远等的发生率。结果多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗组疗效、症状得到控制、心功能改善级别达到1级、心电图正常时间、心率、收缩以及舒张压力、呼吸情况相比多巴胺单一药物治疗组有优势,P<0.05。多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗组肌肉颤搐、心音遥远等的发生率无异于多巴胺单一药物治疗组,P>0.05。结论多巴胺加上硝普钠治疗心肌梗死后左心衰竭的疗效肯定。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of left heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018.Random number table grouping,dopamine single drug treatment group choose dopamine treatment,dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treatment group choose dopamine plus sodium nitroprusside treatment.The curative effect was compared between the two groups;symptoms were controlled,heart function improved to grade 1,ECG normal time;heart rate,systolic and diastolic pressure,breathing condition before and after treatment;incidence of muscle tremor and distant heart sound.Results Dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treatment group had better curative effect,symptoms were controlled,heart function improved to grade 1,ECG normal time,heart rate,systolic and diastolic pressure,breathing condition than dopamine single drug treatment group,P<0.05.The incidence of muscle tremor and distant heart sounds in the treatment group of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside was similar to that in the single drug treatment group of dopamine(P>0.05).Conclusion Dopamine plus sodium nitroprusside is effective in the treatment of left heart failure after myocardial infarction.
