心力衰竭合并心律失常的药物治疗及预后分析

Drug Treatment and Prognosis Analysis of Heart Failure Combined with Arrhythmia

目的探究心力衰竭合并心律失常的药物治疗效果,综合分析预后情况。方法从2016年1月至2018年12月在本院接受治疗的心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中选择84例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组(每组患者均为42例)。其中对照组患者接受常规的胺碘酮片治疗方案,观察组患者额外接受参松养心胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压与心率分别为(135.22±10.65)mm Hg、(85.23±6.65)mm Hg和(87.44±8.52)次/分,显著优于对照组的(123.88±10.20)mm Hg、(76.30±6.00)mm Hg和(78.92±4.42)次/分(P<0.05)。同时观察组患者各项治疗时间指标结果显著短于对照组(P<0.05),其治疗期间的不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮片联合参松养心胶囊在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者临床治疗中的应用效果显著,可以有效提升患者的临床治疗有效性,同时有效改善患者预后,具有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the drug treatment effect of heart failure combined with arrhythmia,and comprehensively analyze the prognosis.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,84 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group(each group of patients were 42).The patients in the control group received the conventional amiodarone tablet treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The systolic,diastolic,and heart rates of the observation group were(135.22±10.65)mm Hg,(85.23±6.65)mm Hg,and(87.44±8.52)times/min,which were significantly better than those of the control group(123.88±10.20)mm Hg.(76.30±6.00)mm Hg and(78.92±4.42)times/min(P<0.05).At the same time,the results of various treatment time indexes of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone tablets combined with Shensong Yangxin Capsule have significant effects in the clinical treatment of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and effectively improve the prognosis of patients.It has great clinical application value.
