滋肾活血安神方治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Zishen Huoxue Anshen Prescription in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Insomnia

目的探讨滋肾活血安神方治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床效果。方法本组研究纳入80例在我院治疗围绝经期失眠症患者,病例资料研究时间自2017年5月至2018年5月,按照盲选方将所有肛肠手术患者随机分成2组。对照组(n=40)给予艾司唑仑片(口服,1 mg/次,1次/d)治疗,而研究组(n=40)给予滋肾活血安神方治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)评分,评估临床治疗效果,并随访6个月,记录患者在停药后1个月内、3个月内以及6个月内的复发情况。结果两组患者治疗前的EPDS评分相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后的EPDS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组患者治疗后EPDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组80.00%(χ~2=4.114,P<0.05)。研究组患者在停药后1个月内、3个月内以及6个月内的复发率分别为2.50%、5.00%和7.50%,均明显低于对照组的复发率17.50%、20.00%和25.00%,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾活血安神方治疗围绝经期失眠症疗效显著,有助于减轻患者的失眠症状,并能够降低复发率,值得在临床上进行深入研究和推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zishen Huoxue Anshen Decoction on perimenopausal insomnia.Methods 80 patients with perimenopausal insomnia were enrolled in this study.The data were collected from May 2017 to May 2018.All patients undergoing anorectal surgery were randomly divided into two groups according to the blind selection.The control group(n=40)was treated with Estazolam tablets(oral,1 mg/time,once a day),while the research group(n=40)was treated with Zishen Huoxue Anshen Prescription.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated.The patients were followed up for 6 months,and the recurrence was recorded within 1 month,3 months and 6 months after withdrawal.Results There was no signifi cant difference in EPDS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The EPDS score of the two groups after treatment was signifi cantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the EPDS score of the study group after treatment was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00%in the study group,which was signifi cantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The recurrence rates in the study group were 2.50%,5.00%and 7.50%within 1 month,3 months and 6 months after withdrawal,which were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(17.50%,20.00%and 25.00%,respectively).The difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Huoxue Anshen Decoction is effective in treating perimenopausal insomnia,which is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of insomnia and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.
