通心络胶囊治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Tongxinluo Capsule in Treating Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究通心络胶囊在治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中的效果。方法选取我院于2016年4月至2018年7月收治的100例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者为本次研究对象,平均分成对照组与实验组各50例,对照组给予硝酸异山梨酯,实验组给予通心络胶囊,对比两组治疗有效率、治疗前、后血脂指标以及不良反应发生率。结果对照组治疗有效率86%,明显低于实验组治疗有效率98%;治疗后实验组血脂指标明显优于对照组血脂指标(P<0.05)且对照组与实验组治疗前血脂指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组不良反应发生率明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者采取通心络胶囊治疗,效果显著且安全性高。

Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given isosorbide nitrate,and the experimental group was given Tongxinluo capsule.The therapeutic effi ciency,blood lipid index before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group was 86%,which was signifi cantly lower than that of the experimental group 98%.After treatment,the blood lipid index of the experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no signifi cant difference between the control group and the experimental group before treatment(P>0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was signifi cantly higher than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective and safe in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
