集束化护理对冠心病介入治疗患者术后心脏不良事件的影响分析

Effect of Cluster Nursing on Postoperative Cardiac Adverse Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Interventional Therapy

目的将集束化护理用于冠心病介入治疗患者中,分析其对冠心病介入治疗患者术后心脏不良事件的影响。方法对我院收治的102例冠心病介入治疗患者分组研究,随机将其分成观察组(n=51)与对照组(n=51),对照组行常规护理,观察组以此为基础实施集束化护理,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果观察组术后不良心脏事件并发症率为5.88%,与对照组19.61%相比,相对更低(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能、自觉症状、心理功能、日常生活各项生活质量评分与对照组相比,相对更高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.08%,与对照组80.39%相比,相对更高(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病介入治疗患者应用集束化护理效果显著,可减少术后心脏不良事件,提升患者生活质量,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of cluster nursing on adverse cardiac events in patients with coronary artery disease undergoing interventional therapy.Methods 102 patients with coronary heart disease treated by interventional therapy in our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51).The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group implemented cluster nursing based on this,and the results of intervention between the two groups were compared.Results Complication rate of adverse cardiac events was 5.88%in the experimental group,which was lower than 19.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of somatic function,conscious symptoms,psychological function and quality of life in daily life in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.08%,which was higher(P<0.05)than that of the control group(80.39%).Conclusion Cluster nursing is effective for patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy.It can reduce adverse cardiac events after operation and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high application value.
