小儿肾病综合征患儿实施心理护理干预的价值探析

Analysis of the Value of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Children with Pediatric Nephrotic Syndrome

目的了解小儿肾病综合征患儿实施心理护理干预的价值。方法将我院2017年2月至2018年12月的100例小儿肾病综合征患儿,随机分组,普通护理组对于本次就诊小儿肾病综合征患儿给予普通护理,心理护理组对于本次就诊小儿肾病综合征患儿开展心理护理。比较两组满意度;家长对小儿肾病综合征疾病的认知水平、住院的天数、疾病治疗的配合度;护理前后抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分;护理纠纷发生率。结果心理护理组满意度、抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、家长对小儿肾病综合征疾病的认知水平、住院的天数、疾病治疗的配合度、护理纠纷发生率对比普通护理组有优势,P<0.05。结论小儿肾病综合征患儿实施心理护理效果确切,可有效改善症状,减轻小儿肾病综合征患儿的不良情绪,可有效提高患儿家长的疾病认知和提高患儿的治疗依从性,并有效减少护理纠纷的发生,提高患儿家长对于护理的满意度。

Objective To understand the value of psychological nursing intervention in children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome.Methods 100 children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome from February 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The general nursing group gave general care to children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome.The psychological nursing group for this time Psychological care for children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome.Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups;parents'cognitive level of pediatric nephrotic syndrome,the number of days of hospitalization,the degree of coordination of disease treatment;the score of self-rating depression before and after treatment,the score of anxiety self-rating scale;the incidence of adverse events.Results Psychological nursing group satisfaction,depression self-rating scale score,anxiety self-rating scale score,parents'cognitive level of pediatric nephrotic syndrome disease,hospitalization days,disease treatment coordination,and incidence of nursing adverse events The general care group had an advantage,P<0.05.Conclusion Children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome have effective psychological nursing effect,which can effectively improve symptoms and alleviate the negative emotions of children with pediatric nephrotic syndrome.It can effectively improve the children's disease cognition and improve the treatment compliance of children.Effectively reduce the incidence of adverse care events and improve the satisfaction of parents with care.
