周围粘连型及后位阑尾炎的术后护理要点分析

Analysis of Postoperative Nursing Points of Peripheral Adhesion Type and Posterior Appendicitis

目的探讨周围粘连型及后位阑尾炎的术后护理要点分析。方法选择200例周围粘连型及后位阑尾炎患者作为研究工作对象,依照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组仅实施常规护理方法,研究组联合舒适护理干预措施。比较两组术后恢复情况、护理前后心理状态评分、术后腹胀程度、护理前后生活质量评分及临床护理满意度。结果研究组术后各症状恢复时间更短,术后SAS、SDS评分及术后腹胀程度更低,术后生活质量评分及临床护理满意度更高。结论周围粘连型及后位阑尾炎应用系统化护理干预确切。

Objective To explore the key points of postoperative nursing of peripheral adhesions and posterior appendicitis.Methods 200 patients with peripheral adhesions and posterior appendicitis were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups.The control group only used routine nursing methods,and the research group combined with comfortable nursing interventions.The recovery,psychological state,abdominal distention,quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the recovery time of symptoms was shorter,the score of SAS,SDS and abdominal distention were lower,the score of quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction were higher.Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of peripheral adhesions and posterior appendicitis.
