肺癌化疗患者PICC置管中护理的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Nursing Care in PICC Catheterization for Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的分析肺癌化疗患者PICC置管中护理的应用效果。方法选择我院2017年3月至2018年11月内收诊的88例肺癌化疗患者,采用双盲法按照1∶1比例将其平均分成对照组和研究组,各组44例,PICC置管中,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果①研究组生活质量各项指标评分高于对照组,组间比较,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);②研究组2例发生并发症,对照组8例发生并发症,比较发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组(97.7%vs86.3%),两组比较,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者PICC置管中,实施综合护理的效果显著,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing care in PICC catheterization for patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 88 patients with lung cancer received chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were divided into control group and research group by double-blind method according to the ratio of 1∶1.44 patients in each group were given PICC catheterization.The control group was given routine nursing and the research group was given comprehensive nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)The scores of quality of life indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and there was a signifi cant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)2 cases of complications occurred in the study group and 8 cases in the control group,with a signifi cant difference(P<0.05).(3)The nursing satisfaction of the study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(97.7%vs 86.3%).There was a difference between the two groups.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In PICC catheterization of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,the effect of comprehensive nursing is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing and using for reference.
