认知行为干预应用于冠心病临床护理中的效果观察

The Effect of Cognitive Behavior Intervention in Clinical Nursing of Coronary Heart Disease

目的对冠心病患者采取认知行为干预后的临床应用价值展开研究。方法选取我院2017年3月—2019年3月期间124例经冠状动脉造影诊断为"冠心病"的患者。数字盲选法随机分组,62例实施常规护理(对照组),62例实施认知行为干预(研究组)。对比两种护理模式的应用效果。结果经SF-36健康量表评估后,研究组各项健康评分均高于对照组。两组护理前的匹兹堡睡眠质量评分无差异,护理后研究组的睡眠评分较对照组好。与此同时两组均采取SAS,SDS焦虑抑郁情绪量表评价,研究组的情绪评分较对照组低,不良情绪改善效果较显著,P<0.05。结论对冠心病患者采取认知行为干预后能够有效提高护理质量,同时改善情绪状态,提高整体健康状态和睡眠质量。

Objective To study the clinical application value of cognitive behavior intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography from March 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled.The digital blind selection method was randomized,62 patients received routine care(control group),and 62 patients underwent cognitive behavioral intervention(study group).Compare the application effects of the two care modes.Results After evaluation by the SF-36 Health Scale,the health scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group.There was no difference in the Pittsburgh sleep quality scores between the two groups before treatment.The sleep score of the study group was better than that of the control group.At the same time,both groups were evaluat ed by SAS and SDS anxiety and depression scales.The emotional scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the improvement of adverse emotions was signifi cant,P<0.05.Conclusions Can be used for patients with coronary heart disease after cognitive behavior intervention Effectively improve the quality of care while improving emotional state and improving overall health and sleep quality.
