护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Safety Intervention Mechanism in Operating Room Safety Management

目的研究护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法2017年7月至2018年8月,将95例手术室患者作为本次研究的目标,依据随机数字表法分为对照组45例,采用常规手术室管理,观察组50例,采用护理安全干预机制,对比2组患者的干预情况。结果干预后,对照组患者医疗事故发生率,高于观察组,且护患纠纷发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患者总满意度为75.56%,明显低于观察组96.00%(P<0.05)。结论护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用效果突出,能够提高患者的满意度以及降低医疗事故、护患纠纷的发生概率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism in operating room safety management.Methods From July 2017 to August 2018,95 patients in the operating room were taken as the objective of this study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into 45 patients in the control group,50 patients in the observation group and 45 patients in the conventional operating room management.The nursing safety intervention mechanism was used to compare the intervention situation of patients in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the incidence of medical accidents in the control group was higher than that in the observation group,and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the control group was 75.56%,signifi cantly lower than that of the observation group(96.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism in operating room safety management is outstanding,which can improve patients'satisfaction and reduce the incidence of medical accidents and nurse-patient disputes,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
