分析护理干预在泌尿外科留置尿管患者预防尿路感染中的应用

To Analyze the Application of Nursing Intervention in the Prevention of Urinary Tract Infection in Patients with Urinary Indwelling Catheter

目的分析护理干预在预防泌尿外科留置尿管患者尿路感染的效果。方法2017年4月至2018年4月我院泌尿外科接收100例留置尿管患者。采用双盲原理分为对照组与观察组,两组均50例。两组患者留置导尿管期间,对照组接受常规护理方法,观察组则提供护理干预。分析两组患者不同护理模式下取得的效果与康复情况。结果统计两组患者护理满意度,观察组为96.0%,明显优于对照组的72.0%,检验数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;分析观察便可发现,观察组患者尿管留置时间(5.1±1.5)d、住院时间(6.2±2.2)d,相比较对照组患者,观察组患者导尿管留置时间、住院时间均明显较短,检验两组患者各类数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;且分析两组患者尿路感染率,观察组患者为4.0%,显著低于对照组,检验P<0.05,符合统计学意义。结论泌尿外科患者需留置导尿管继续治疗时,展开护理干预,在提高临床护理质量,缩短导尿管时间方面具有明显的优势,并且还能够有效预防尿路感染,有益于患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in preventing urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling catheter in urology.Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,100 patients with indwelling catheter were admitted to our urology department.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to double-blind principle.There were 50 cases in both groups.During the period of indwelling catheter,the control group received routine nursing methods,while the observation group provided nursing intervention.The effects and rehabilitation of two groups of patients under different nursing modes were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 96.0%in the observation group,which was signifi cantly better than 72.0%in the control group,and the test data was P<0.05,which accorded with the statistical signifi cance.Analysis and observation showed that the indwelling time of urinary catheter in the observation group was(5.1±1.5)d and the hospitalization time was(6.2±2.2)d.Compared with the control group,the indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were signifi cantly shorter.The urinary tract infection rate in the observation group was 4.0%,which was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,which was in accordance with the statistical signifi cance.Conclusion Nursing intervention has obvious advantages in improving the quality of clinical nursing and shortening the time of catheterization,and can effectively prevent urinary tract infection,which is benefi cial to patients'rehabilitation.
