健康教育在面神经炎护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Health Education in the Nursing of Facial Neuritis

目的了解健康教育在面神经炎护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2016年3月至2018年4月的70例面神经炎患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组给予一般护理,面神经炎健康教育护理服务组开展健康教育干预。比较两组满意度;面神经炎症状改善时间、面神经炎疾病认知和自我护理认知;护理前后面神经炎症状积分、生存质量;知识不达标概率。结果面神经炎健康教育护理服务组的满意度是35例(100.00%),常规护理服务组则是28例(80.00%),P<0.05。护理前两组面神经炎症状积分、生存质量接近,P>0.05;护理后面神经炎健康教育护理服务组面神经炎症状积分、生存质量优于常规护理服务组,P<0.05。面神经炎健康教育护理服务组面神经炎症状改善时间、面神经炎疾病认知和自我护理认知优于常规护理服务组,P<0.05,面神经炎健康教育护理服务组知识不达标概率更少,P<0.05。结论健康教育可有效改善患者的面神经炎症状和提高满意度。

Objective To understand the effect of health education in facial neuritis nursing.Methods 70 patients with facial neuritis in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing service group was given general nursing,and the health education nursing service group of facial neuritis was given health education intervention.Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups,the improvement time of facial neuritis symptoms,the recognition of facial neuritis disease and self-care,the score of neuropathy symptoms before and after nursing,the quality of life,and the probability of knowledge failing to meet the standard.Results The satisfaction rate of health education nursing service group was 35 cases(100.00%),while that of routine nursing service group was 28 cases(80.00%),P<0.05.The scores of facial neuritis symptoms and quality of life of the two groups before nursing were similar,P>0.05;the scores and quality of life of the health education and nursing service group of facial neuritis after nursing were better than those of the routine nursing service group,P<0.05.The improvement time of facial neuritis symptoms,the recognition of facial neuritis disease and self-care in the health education and nursing service group of facial neuritis were better than those in the routine nursing service group(P<0.05).The probability of knowledge failure in the health education and nursing service group of facial neuritis was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the symptoms and satisfaction of patients with facial neuritis.
