糖尿病(DM)性骨关节炎(OA)的发病率日益攀升,成为困扰医学界的一大难题。DM是OA发病的独立危险因素,其形成的持续高糖内环境对OA的发病机制、病理进展及治疗结局均可造成不可逆的影响。文章汇总了近年来DM性OA的流行病学现状、发病机制探索及治疗方面的研究进展。

The incidence of diabetes mellitus(DM)complicated with osteoarthritis(OA)is rising,and it has become a major problem that hinders medical progress.DM is an independent risk factor for the pathogenesis of OA.The for-mation of a sustained high glucose environment has an irreversible effect on the pathogenesis,pathological progres-sion and treatment outcome of OA.This article summarizes the recent epidemiological status,pathogenesis and treat-ment of DM complicated with OA.
