文章探讨了中医药对喉癌的治疗效果及分子机制。通过统计近年来中医药治疗喉癌的相关论文,查找中药及其提取物对喉癌细胞相关分子表达的作用。许多实验发现,不同中药及其提取物可通过诱导喉癌细胞凋亡、抑制喉癌细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤黏附、增强细胞免疫、抑制上皮间充质转化等方式抑制喉癌的进程。中药及其提取物能一定程度上控制喉癌的发生发展,为喉癌的治疗提供新的启发。

To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on laryngeal cancer.Reviewed the literatures on the treatment of laryngeal cancer with TCM in recent years.Many experiments have found that different TCM and their by-products have a range of effects on the human body.For example,TCM can inhibit the process of laryngeal cancer by inducing apoptosis of laryngeal cancer cells,inhibiting proliferation of laryngeal cancer cells,inhibiting tumor adhesion,enhancing cellular immunity,and inhibiting epithelial mesenchymal transformation.TCM and its by-products can affect the occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer,and thus provides doctors with new avenues for the treatment of laryngeal cancer.
