牛口蹄疫是由口蹄疫病毒感染引起的一类重特大传染性疾病,同时牛口蹄疫也是一种人畜共患病,防控不及时还很容易造成疫情向着人类传播。在临床上虽然牛口蹄疫造成的死亡率不高,但是该种疾病的传播范围较广,造成的危害十分严重,一旦发生应立即采取措施,及时将患病牛扑杀,无害化处理,做好整个养殖区域的卫生消毒工作。该文主要论述牛口蹄疫的临床表现和具体诊治措施。

Bovine foot-and-mouth disease is a type of heavy infectious disease caused by foot-and-mouth disease virus.It is also a form of zoonosis disease that can easily spread to humans if not controlled in time.Although the mortality rate caused by bovine foot-and-mouth disease is not high in clinical practice,the spread of this disease is wide and the harm caused is very serious.Once it occurs,measures should be taken immediately to cull the infected cattle without harm,do a good job of sanitation and disinfection of the whole breeding area.The clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of bovine foot-and-mouth disease were discussed in this paper.
