在2019年年初,农业农村部提出关于加强屠宰环节监管工作的规定和要求,引起各级各部门政府的重视,在生猪定点屠宰监管探究过程中,应在屠宰企业标准化建设方面下功夫。该文主要阐述生猪定点屠宰场检疫现存问题,提出生猪定点屠宰场检疫监管的对策。

At the beginning of 2019,the ministry of agriculture and rural areas put forward regulations and requirements on strengthening the supervision of the slaughter process,which attracted the attention of governments at all levels and departments,efforts should be made in the standardization construction of slaughter enterprises.In this paper,the existing problems of quarantine in pig fixed point slaughterhouse were expounded,and the countermeasures of quarantine supervision in pig fixed point slaughterhouse were put forward.
