摘要
在兽医卫生检验实践中,动物卫生监督官方兽医对畜禽进行宰后检验检疫为的是查出对人类健康有妨碍的病畜禽肉,检出患有重要疫病的病畜禽肉,然后按照相关规定进行集中无害化销毁处理。确保经过集中定点屠宰环节后通往市场上售卖的畜禽肉类的卫生质量,防止人民群众食肉感染和对畜禽疫病的预防控制,对遏制其扩散爆发流行具有积极作用。该文对畜禽宰后检疫与处理工作中出现的相关问题进行探讨,并提出对策。
In the practice of veterinary health inspection,animal health supervision official veterinarians carry out post slaughter inspection and quarantine of livestock and poultry in order to detect the meat of sick livestock and poultry that is harmful to human health,and the meat of sick livestock and poultry suffering from important epidemic diseases,then in accordance with the relevant provisions for centralized harmless disposal.Ensuring the sanitary quality of meat from livestock and poultry that is brought to market after a centralized point of slaughter process,preventing meat eating infections among the population and preventing and controlling animal and poultry epidemics will play a positive role in containing the spread of such diseases.In this paper,the problems in post slaughter quarantine and treatment of livestock and poultry were discussed and the countermeasures were put forward.
