摘要
文章通过分析道路交通需求的弹性、多样化和复合化特征,结合道路流量流向构成,以交通需求和交通功能为基础规划道路资源,打破“木桶效应”思维模式,从更大路网范围,用系统的思维寻求更广范围的均衡。在多源数据环境下,提出了需求均衡下的道路交通规划方法,并以重庆四公里立交为案例,阐述了需求均衡理念下的交通规划过程,从交通需求均衡的角度提出了交通改善方案。
Capacity bottleneck affects the whole channel ability promotion.Analyzing the characteristic of road traffic demand,include flexibility,diversification and composite characteristics.Combined with the road traffic flow,road resource is planned based on the traffic demand and traffic function.Break the Wooden Barrel Effect to seek system equilibrium in wider road network.Road traffic planning methods is proposed based on demand equilibrium in a multi-source data environment.With the example of Chongqing Sigongli interchange,the procedure of road traffic planning is elaborated.Traffic improvement plan is presented in the case of traffic demand equilibrium.
