摘要
传统沥青路面平整度施工控制与检测技术存在着要么与摊铺机集成跟随不足、要么测平数据智能获取和处理不足,要么对松铺层的平整度开展检测不足。本研究结合工程实践,提出一种克服这些技术短板的铺摊层测平优化改进方案,其测平功效与八轮仪检测功效可比,又明显克服上述一系列不足,对摊铺测平仪器设计和工程应用有技术参考价值。
The traditional asphalt pavement flatness construction control and detection technology has either insufficient integration with the paver,or insufficient acquisition and processing of leveling data,or insufficient detection of the flatness of the loose layer.Based on engineering practice,this study proposes an optimized and improved scheme for leveling of paving layers that overcomes these technical shortcomings.Its leveling efficiency is comparable to that of the eight-wheel test.Design and engineering applications have technical reference value.
