Expression of Slit2 protein in gallbladder cancer tissues and its significance

目的探讨神经导向因子Slit2蛋白在胆囊癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组化SP法检测80例胆囊癌组织及80例癌旁组织中Slit2蛋白的表达水平,分析Slit2蛋白表达水平与胆囊癌患者临床特征及生存期的相关性。结果 (1)胆囊癌组织中Slit2蛋白阳性表达率为57.5%,癌旁组织中Slit2蛋白阳性表达率为35.0%,两种组织表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(2) Slit2蛋白表达与胆囊癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3) Slit2蛋白阳性表达组患者的总体生存期明显低于阴性表达者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Slit2蛋白在胆囊癌组织中表达增高,与胆囊癌的侵袭、转移及预后密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of neuronal targeting factor Slit2 protein in gallbladder cancer tissues.Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SP)method was used to detect the expression of Slit2 proteins in 80 cases of gallbladder cancer tissues and 80 cases of adjacent tissues.The expression changes of Slit2 protein under different clinicopathological behaviors and lifetime were observed.Results The positive rates of Slit2 protein were 57.5%in gallbladder cancer tissues,and the positive rates were 35.0%in adjacent tissues.There were statisticall significantly differences between the two tissues(P<0.05).Slit2 protein expression was associated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of gallbladder cancer tissues(P<0.05).The overall survival of patients with Slit2 protein positive expression was significantly lower than that of negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Slit2 protein in gallbladder cancer tissue was increased,which is closely related to invasion,metastasis and prognosis of gallbladder cancer.
