摘要
通过分析异形压板的特征,充分利用工件本身的结构特点,制订排样方案,设计了冲孔、切边、弯曲、翻边、切断多工位级进模。模具能够完成送料、定位、出件各机构动作,采用自动卸料、出料、少废料冲裁,提高了材料利用率和生产率。模具设计结构合理,冲压动作可靠,冲件精度高,产品能完全达到客户要求。
A layout design plan for stamping dies was developed,and a multi-position progressive die with functions of punching,cutting,bending,flanging and cutting was designed by analyzing and utilizing the structural characteristics of the heterotypic pressure plate.The die can complete the functions of feeding,positioning,outputting,by adopting automatic discharging and outputting,and less waste blanking,material utilization rate and productivity were improved.The die structure was reasonable,and its operation is reliable.The product has high precision and can completely meet the requirements of customers.
