摘要
在汽车行业,随着新车型开发周期的缩短,工程设计阶段对产品数据的生产稳定性要求越来越高。以行李箱盖外板为例,介绍了AutoForm软件中稳定性分析Sigma模块的运用。在工程设计阶段,通过把影响零件成形性的因素以参数变量的形式进行有效组合,在Sigma模块中进行稳定性分析,寻找对造型改动量最小且满足稳定生产的方案。经现场验证,利用AutoForm-Sigma稳定性分析的方案可以保证后期生产稳定性,缩短调试周期,为设计阶段的数据优化提供准确的建议。
In the automotive industry,the production stability is required to be higher and higher in the engineerin g design stage with the shortening of the development cycle of new model cars.Taking the outer panel of trunk lid as an example,the application of Sigma module in AutoForm software for stability analysis was introduced.In engineering design stage,the stability analysis in Sigma module was carried out to find the scheme with the smallest amount of modeling changes and meeting the requirements of stable production through the effective combination of factors affecting the formability of parts in the form of parametric variables.It is confirmed that the scheme of AutoForm-Sigma stable analysis can ensure production stability and shorten the commissioning cycle,which provides accurate information in the design stage data optimization.
