摘要
从白菜中鉴定出249个bHLH转录因子家族蛋白,并开展了该基因家族的生物信息学和表达特性分析。结果表明:白菜的bHLH转录因子基因不均匀地分布于10条染色体上;其bHLH结构域包含典型的His5-Glu9-Arg13序列,且第23和49位的Leu极端保守。系统进化分析可将白菜中的249个bHLH蛋白分为24个亚家族,其中XII亚家族含有最多的29个蛋白。转录组分析结果显示12个bHLH基因在白菜不育和可育花蕾中表达差异极大,其中BraHLH034、BraHLH106、BraHLH125这3个基因可能与雄性不育有关。
In this study,249 bHLH transcription factor family proteins were identified from B.rapa,and the bioinformatics and expression characteristics of the gene families were analyzed.The results showed that bHLH genes were unequally distributed on 10 chromosomes.The bHLH domain contained the typical His5-Glu9-Arg13 and position 23 and 49 were extremely conserved with Leucine residue.The 249 bHLH proteins can be divided into 24 sub-families by phylogenetic analysis.The largest XII sub-family contains 29 proteins.Transcriptome analysis showed that the expression of 12 bHLH genes was significantly different in sterile and fertile flower buds.BraHLH034,BraHLH106 and BraHLH125 may be related to male sterility.
