摘要
研究了魔芋多聚糖对2型糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢水平,炎症因子和相关蛋白质表达及潜在的机制。结果表明:魔芋多聚糖组的血糖和胰岛素水平显著性降低,TG和TC水平也显著下降,TNF-α显著减少,骨骼肌IRS胰岛素信号通路蛋白表达有一定的改善。因此,KMG对HFD和STZ诱导T2DM大鼠,有降低血糖、血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,同时有抗炎的效果,但关于骨骼肌内IRS信号通路的可能机制仍需进一步研究。
The level of glycolipid metabolism,inflammatory factors and related protein expression and potential mechanisms of konjac glucomannan on type 2 diabetes rats were studied.The results showed that the blood glucose and insulin levels were significantly decreased in the KMG group.TG,TC and TNF-αlevels were also significantly decreased.Moreover,the expression of insulin signaling pathway protein in skeletal muscle was improved.Therefore,blood sugar,blood lipids,insulin resistance,and anti-inflammatory were improved in T2DM rats induced by HFD and STZ.However,the possible mechanism of the IRS signaling pathway in skeletal muscle needs further study.
