摘要
针对绿潮业务化监测应急能力不足等问题,基于全极化RadarSat-2的合成孔径雷达(syntheticaperture radar,SAR)影像数据,以黄海海域为研究区域,提出了一种基于改进水平集模型的绿潮提取算法,并对该提取算法的偏差、精度、提取速度等进行了验证。试验结果表明,在相同区域,改进水平集算法与传统阈值法提取的绿潮覆盖面积基本一致,提取精度较传统方法稍有提高;在效率方面,改进水平集算法具有更高的时间优势,更适应绿潮业务化监测的需要。改进的水平集算法能较好地提取SAR影像的绿潮信息,为绿潮的业务化监测提供了新的方法。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient emergency response capability of green tide operational monitoring,a green tide extraction algorithm based on improved level set model was proposed in the Yellow Sea area based on full polarization RadarSat-2 SAR image data,and its deviation,accuracy and extraction speed were verified.The experimental results showed that in the same area,the algorithm was basically consistent with the traditional threshold method,and the extraction accuracy was slightly higher than that of the traditional method.In terms of efficiency,the algorithm had a higher time advantage,and was more suitable for the needs of green tide operational monitoring.The improved level set algorithm can extract the green tide information of SAR image,and provide a new method for the green tide monitoring.
