摘要
IRS60680《高速铁路设计-基础设施》是国际铁路联盟UIC《高速铁路设计》系列标准中的第一项,该标准对高速铁路基础设施设计的基本概念、设计原则、关键设计标准和设备配置进行规定,目的在于推广世界范围内高速铁路设计的先进经验和技术装备。通过解读高速铁路设计标准的编制背景、编制定位以及主要内容结构,分析标准编制中我国高速铁路科学理念与先进技术的体现,从3个不同层面阐述高速铁路设计标准对中国高速铁路设计主要技术标准、路基压实标准及动车组检修修程标准等先进内容的吸收。解析表明,高速铁路设计国际标准的编制在体现UIC标准国际通用性的同时,将中国高速铁路标准合理上升为国际标准,是中国铁路标准国际化的有效实践,有利于推动我国高速铁路技术装备"走出去"。
IRS60680 on Design of High Speed Railway-Infrastructure is one item of the series standards in Design of High Speed Railway proposed by the International Railway Union(UIC). It defines the basic concept, design principle, key design criteria and infrastructure equipment of high speed railway. The purpose is to promote the best practices and technical equipment in the design of high speed railway worldwide. This paper explains the background, positioning and main content of IRS60680, and analyzes scientific concepts and advanced design technologies of China high speed railway. The design criteria in China high speed railway such as key design parameters, earthwork compaction and rolling stock maintenance levels adopted are analyzed from three different aspects. As a conclusion, IRS60680 not only reflects the international generality of UIC standards, but also implements the internationalization of China high speed standards, which benefits"going global" of China high speed railway.
