摘要
为研究交流电晕老化过程中,环境湿度对RTV材料憎水性能的影响,测试了30%(干燥)、55%(正常)、85%(高湿)3种环境湿度条件下RTV材料的憎水性能。试验结果表明:85%环境湿度下RTV试样的憎水恢复性能最佳,55%湿度下RTV材料试样的憎水恢复性能最差,这是由于水分子与RTV材料在电场作用下产生硅醇化合物导致。对比测试了SRTV和PRTV 2种涂料憎水性及憎水迁移性,结果表明PRTV憎水迁移性较优。
In order to study the effect of environmental humidity on the hydrophobicity of RTV materials during AC corona aging,the hydrophobicity of RTV materials is tested at 30%(dry),55%(normal)and 85%(high humidity).The experimental results show that RTV has the best hydrophobic recovery performance at 85%ambient humidity and the worst hydrophobic recovery performance at 55%ambient humidity,which is caused by the formation of silanol compounds between water molecules and RTV materials under electric field.The hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity migration of SRTV and PRTV RTV coatings are compared.The results show that the hydrophobicity migration of PRTV coatings is better.
