摘要
对某300 MW机组SCR脱硝系统进行喷氨优化调整,通过分析SCR反应器出口烟气流速、氮氧化物质量浓度和氨逃逸量,对各喷氨支管的阀门开度进行调节,调整后A、B侧出口氮氧化物质量浓度分布的不均匀度分别降为4.19%和4.83%,平均氨逃逸量降为1.60×10-6和1.29×10-6,脱硝效率提高到88.92%和89.11%,喷氨优化效果良好。
The SCR denitration system of a 300 MW unit is subjected to the ammonia injection optimization adjustment.By analyzing the velocity of flue gas,NOx mass concentration and ammonia slip at the outlet of the SCR reactor,the valve opening of each ammonia injection branch pipe is adjusted.After adjustment,the unevenness of NOx mass concentration distribution at the outlets of A side and B side is decreased to 4.19%and 4.83%respectively.The average ammonia slip is decreased to 1.60×10……-6 and 1.29×10……-6,and the denitration efficiency is increased to 88.92%and 89.11%.The ammonia injection optimization effect is good.
