摘要
从智能运维管理平台、站控平台、监测装置3个层面介绍了室内电力巡检机器人系统的构成,系统通过搭载可见光、红外热像仪和声音采集器等传感器,在呼和浩特供电局呼和佳地开闭站实际使用后,可自动完成配电站室内设备的巡检任务,巡检数据自动归档,降低了人员劳动强度,提高了巡检效率。认为电力巡检机器人开展巡检工作具有自动化程度高、可实时监测、安全性高等优点。
The structure of indoor electric inspection robot system is described from the aspects such as management plat of intelligent operation and maintenance,station control platform,and monitoring device.The inspection task of indoor equipment in the power distribution station can be finished by the robot automatically through carrying sensors such as visible light,infrared thermal imager and sound collector.The robot operates in Hohhot Power Supply Bureau Huhejiadi Switching Station actually.The inspection data can be archived automatically,the personnel labor strength is reduced,and the inspection efficiency is improved with using the robot.It is concluded that electric inspection robot have the advantages of the electric inspection robot such as high automation,real-time monitoring and high security.
