500kV断路器罐体加热系统改造

Transformation of Heating System on 500 kV Circuit Breaker Tank

针对内蒙古超高压供电局辖区变电站500 kV断路器在高寒地区冬季运行时,因罐体加热温控器频繁故障或温控器探头不灵敏等因素,导致断路器罐体加热器无法正常工作的问题,提出改造温控器感温探头位置、更换温控器以及重新设计加热二次回路等措施。改造后,罐体加热功能正常,运行良好。

The breaker heater cannot work normally due to frequent failure of the tank heating thermostat or insensitivity of the thermostat probe based on 500 kV ABB circuit breaker as operating in Inner Mongolia Power Grid in winter.In order to improve the heating reliability of the tank of the 500 kV circuit breaker,an innovative solution is proposed in the equipment transformation.After transformation,the heating function of the tank runs well.
