摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国大范围开展通识教育的理论研究与实践,并取得了一定的成效。但是通识教育在理论与实践上依然存在某种争议。新时代通识教育的改革,必须深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神,牢固树立新发展理念,通过创新激发教育改革活力,多方协调形成课程建设合力,营造绿色促进持续发展,坚持开放拓展资源,共建共享实现发展目标,不断增强通识教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力,努力使高职通识教育成为培养德技并修人才的有效途径。
Since the 1990s,China has carried out theoretical research and practice of general education on a large scale,and has made some achievements.However,there are still some controversies in theory and practice of general education.As for the reform of general education in the new era we must further study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress,firmly establish the new concept of development,stimulate the vitality of educational reform through innovation,form the joint force of curriculum construction through coordination,promote sustainable development,persist in opening up and expanding resources,jointly build and share to achieve the goal of development,and constantly enhance the pertinence,effectiveness,attraction,and appeal of general education to make higher vocational general education become an effective way to cultivate talents with both morality and skills.
