摘要
通过16根CFRP约束圆弧化方钢管混凝土(circularized square concrete-filled steel tube,CSCFST)柱轴压试验,研究混凝土强度、CFRP层数和预制圆弧化组件中部抹起高度(AMH)对试件轴压性能的影响,试验结果表明,SCFST柱经圆弧化处理后可有效缓解方钢管角部应力集中引起的CFRP断裂,试件承载力随CFRP层数和AMH的增加有较大幅度提高。基于叠加原理,依据试验结果,对现有经典约束混凝土强度计算模型进行组合分析,并给出建议的CFRP约束C-SCFST柱承载力计算公式,可供工程人员参考。
Through the axial compression test of 16 circularized square concrete-filled steel tube(C-SCFST)columns confined by CFRP,the effects of concrete strength,CFRP layer number and arc middle smear height(AMH)on the axial compression performance of the test specimens were studied.The test results show that the CSCFST columns can effectively alleviate the CFRP fracture caused by the stress concentration at the corner of the square steel tube after being rounded.The bearing capacity of the specimens increased greatly with the increase of the number of CFRP layers and the AMH.Based on the superposition principle,existing classical confined concrete strength calculation models were combined according to test results,and the proposed CFRP-confined CSCFST columns bearing capacity calculation formula was given,which can be used as references for engineers.
