摘要
电潜泵采油是目前海上最主要的采油举升方式,电潜泵井提频提液做为一种增产措施,对油井有重要应用意义。电潜泵井能否进行提频生产以及通过提频能否达到提液增产的效果,需要进行提频可行性分析以及提频增产效果预测。以WCB5井检泵作业后提频生产可行性分析为例,从油层提频潜力、机组提频潜力、机采地面设备提频潜力等方面介绍了电潜泵井提频可行性的分析方法,以及提频增产效果的预测方法。近年来利用该方法进行提频可行性分析34井次,其中26井次成功实现提频增产,累计日增油603 m^3,取得了良好的应用效果。
Electric Submersible Pump(ESP)is the main lifting method for offshore oil production at present.Fre⁃quency lifting of ESP wells as a stimulation measure has important application significance for oil wells.Whether ESP wells can carry out frequency-raising production and whether they can achieve the effect of increasing fluid production through frequency-raising,it is necessary to analyze the feasibility of frequency-raising and predict the effect of frequency-increasing production.Taking the feasibility analysis of raising frequency and increasing production after pump inspection operation in WCB5 well as an example,this paper introduces the feasibility analysis method of raising frequency in ESP wells and the prediction method of increasing production effect from the aspects of reservoir increasing frequency potential,unit increasing frequency potential and surface equipment increasing frequency potential.In recent years,this method has been used to carry out feasibility analysis of fre⁃quency increase in 34 wells,of which 26 wells have successfully realized frequency increase and production in⁃crease,accumulating 603 oil increments per day,and achieved good application results.
