摘要
随着产能建设规模的不断扩大,新井临投是油田生产管理的一项重要工作,直接影响着新井投产速度,设备设施的高效利用及安全运行。本项目以油气田地面工程设计标准为依据,通过现场情况调研,对工艺模块设计,设备设施选型,井场平面布置,配套临投技术等工作进行研究,形成了油井地面标准化临投工艺技术体系,有效降低新井投产时间和临投费用,提高临投井的安全环保生产水平。为今后产能建设地面临投工艺提供了技术指导和参考依据。
With the continuous expansion of production capacity,Management of temporary wells is an important job in oilfield production,because it directly affects the production rate of new wells,the efficient utilization of equipment and facilities,and safe operation.This project is based on the design standards of oil and gas field surface engineering,research on process module design,equipment and facility selection,well site layout,and sup⁃porting temporary investment technology,etc.It has formed a standardized production technology system for oil well surface,which can effectively reduce the production time and production cost of new wells,and improve the safety and environmental protection production level of production wells and Provids technical guidance and ref⁃erence basis for future production process facing the investment process.
