摘要
塔河油田稠油区块抽稠泵井因混配不好经常出现稠油上返,现有处理井筒稠油方式存在解堵成功率低、井控风险高、处理成本高等问题,因此,研制出高压正注解堵装置。高压正注解堵装置由高压正注解堵短接和抽油杆悬挂器两部分组成,两者配合形成一个独立的、越过采油树的一个高压处理通道,压力由原来21 MPa提升至60 MPa,实现高压正注解堵目的。现场应用表明,高压正注解堵装置减少空井口时间3h,减少处理时间4~6 h,提高解堵成功率至95%,创造效益60万元,在稠油区块抽稠泵井具有很好的推广应用前景。
The well of heavy oil pump often is blocked by the heavy oil due to poor mixing in the heavy oil block of tahe oilfield.The existing treatment methods for heavy oil in the wellbore have the problems of low success rate of blockage removal,high well control risk and high cost.Therefore,a high-pressure device for positive blockage removal has been developed.The high-pressure device for positive blockage removal is composed of the highpressure positive blockage removal nipple and the sucker rod hanger,which are combined to form an indepen⁃dent high-pressure processing channel across the tree,and the pressure is increased from 21MPa to 60MPa to re⁃alize the purpose of high-pressure positive blockage removal.Field application shows that the high-pressure de⁃vice for positive blockage removal can reduce the time of empty wellhead for 3h,reduce the treatment time for 4-6h,improve the success rate of blockage removal to 95%,create benefits of 600,000 yuan,and has a good pros⁃pect of application in the well of heavy oil pump in heavy oil blocks.
