“双高计划”视域下高等职业教育内涵式发展的诉求、特征与路径

"双高计划"是新时期我国职业教育推出的重大举措,其目的是为了建设一批具有中国特色、世界一流的高水平高职院校和高水平专业群。高等职业教育内涵式发展在特定的历史时期与国际环境背景下,彰显出新时代特征,表现为以实现人才培养高质量为目标、以办学定位高标准为重心、以专业群高水平建设为关键。为了回应教育功能的转变、国际环境的驱动和人才培养的需求等诉求,高职院校应采取优化人才培养模式、坚持产教深度融合与校企"双元"育人、坚持开放办学及培养国际化人才等有效路径。

The“Double-high Plan”is an major initiative to develop vocational education in the new era,its goal is to establish a batch of word-class and high-level higher vocational colleges and specialty clusters with Chinese characteristics.In the specific historical period and the international environmental background,the connotation development of higher vocational education highlights the characteristics of the new era,which embodies in taking the realization of high quality of talent cultivation as the goal,high standard of school-running orientation as the core,and high-level construction of specialty clusters as the key.In response to the demands of education function changing,international environment actuating and personnel cultivating,higher vocational colleges should optimize the personnel cultivation mode,insist on the integration of industry and education as well as the school-enterprise double-subject education,adhere to open schooling,and cultivate the international personnel.
