聚焦核心素养的高等职业教育餐饮类专业课程体系创新 被引量:4

摘要 核心素养作为时代教育的方向性指引,影响教育目标定位素养化转型。聚焦核心素养下高等职业教育餐饮类专业,以普适性框架为参照,以国家课程标准为依据,结合行业学者共识性价值凝练餐饮类专业素养指标内容,按照课程体系构建逻辑和素养融合路径,系统化创新设计"5+X的模块联动、融合贯通"课程体系。同时,为保障基于核心素养培育的课程体系实施,采取生态化环境支持、智慧型教学推进、区块链评价追溯等保障措施。 The key competencies,as the direction of education in the era,affect the transformation of education goal to be competencybased orientation.The catering specialties of higher vocational education focusing on key competencies,taking the universal framework as a reference,with the national curriculum standard as a basis,refines the contents of competence indicators of catering specialties combing with the consensus value of industry scholars,and systematically innovate the design of curriculum system of“5+X modules linkage,integration and penetration”according to the logic of curriculum system building and the paths of competence integration.Meanwhile,in order to guarantee the implementation of curriculum system based on the cultivation of key competencies,we will take such measures as ecological environment support,intelligent teaching promotion,and block chain evaluation and traceability,etc.
