Research Advances in the Association between Inflammasome and Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

炎症小体是定位于胞浆内的多蛋白复合体,能够介导白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-18等多种炎症因子的表达及细胞焦亡,对机体炎症反应的调控具有重要作用。腹主动脉瘤作为一种无菌性炎症,除手术外,目前仍缺乏有效的干预措施。本文总结了炎症小体在腹主动脉瘤发病机制方面的研究,旨在为腹主动脉瘤的转化研究提供新思路。

The inflammasome is a multiprotein complex localized in the cytoplasm.It can mediate the expressions of various inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-18 and plays a key role in regulating inflammatory response.As sterile inflammation,abdominal aortic aneurysm currently can only be treated by surgery.This article reviews the research advances in the role of inflammasomes in abdominal aortic aneurysm.
