临床护士工作安全感的质性研究

Qualitative research on sense of security at work among clinical nurses

目的深入了解临床护士工作安全感受与体验,为针对性干预提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,对15名临床护士进行有关工作安全感受的一对一半结构式访谈,以Colaizzi七步分析法整理分析资料。结果提炼出工作中缺乏安全感、工作中安全防护意识强、安全支持系统薄弱、安全应对方式无效4个主题。结论临床护士安全感受欠佳;医院管理者应加以重视,采取针对性措施提高临床工作环境安全性。

Objective To understand the feelings and experiences of sense of security at work among clinical nurses,and to provide reference for targeted intervention.Methods A one-to-one,semi-structured interview was conducted among 15 clinical nurses in terms of their sense of security at work,then data were analyzed with Colaizzi′s method of phenomenological analysis.Results Four themes were identified:lack of security at work;strong sense of security at work;lack of safety support sources;and ineffective safety coping styles.Conclusion Clinical nurses experience sense of security at work.Hospital managers should pay attention to and provide targeted intervention to enhance safety of clinical environment.
