巷道群应力集中区围岩综合注浆加固技术研究

摘要 针对巷道围岩力学性质差和应力集中导致巷道围岩变形大、支护困难等问题,提出巷道围岩综合注浆加固方案,即围岩喷射混凝土加安尔特深孔注浆,加预应力全长锚固注浆锚索加固方案。应用于现场结果表明:综合注浆加固使巷道围岩变形大幅下降,围岩完整性有很大改善,围岩塑性区范围减小,确保了巷道稳定。 Aiming at the large deformation and difficult supporting of the roadways caused by poor mechanical properties and stress concentration,surrounding rock grouting reinforcement technology was proposed,that is,shotcrete and Ante deep hole grouting,and then the pretressed full-length anchor and grouting cable reinforcement.The results showed that,with the comprehensive grouting reinforcement,the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway has been greatly reduced,the integrity has been improved,and and the plastic zone of the surrounding rock has decreased,which ensured the stability of the roadway.
