摘要 根据晋煤集团赵庄二号井2305工作面过同层走向空巷的实际情况,使用超前锚注加固技术对空巷巷帮进行加固。通过分析空巷内测点的观测数据,得出工作面前方空巷巷道的围岩应力、变形规律;根据分析结果,对巷帮的注浆时机选择在巷道围岩受工作面超前支承压力影响明显时进行。超前锚注有效增加了空巷巷帮煤体的强度和完整性,同时配合使用悬吊木垛棚及单体柱对空巷加强支护,经过实践检验,效果良好。 The 2305 working face of Zhaozhuang No.2 Well,Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group,passes through abandoned roadways at the same layer.Based on this,the advanced an-chori ng-grouting technology was used to reinforce the walls of the abandoned roadways.On the analysis of the observation data of the testing points in the abandoned roadways,the stress and deformation law of the sur rounding rock in front of the working face are obtained.The results show that the grouting timing is selected in the moment with significant influence on the sur rounding rock by the adv anced abutment pressure of the working face.The advanced anchoring-grouting effectively increases the strength and integrity of the coal body.Suspended wooden stack sheds and single columns are used to strengthen the support of the abandoned roadways.The practice has shown good effects.
