新时期做好畜牧兽医工作者布病防控的探讨

Discussion on Prevention and Control of Brucellosis of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Workers in the New Period

布鲁氏菌病(以下简称布病)是由布鲁氏菌引起的严重危害人民健康和影响畜牧业发展的人畜共患传染病,我国将其列为二类动物疫病,同时也被《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》列入乙类传染病。2019年12月,中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所发生的因实验室操作不规范,而引起的布病感染事件,为畜牧兽医工作者的布病防控再一次敲响了警钟。本文结合畜牧兽医行业实际,对畜牧兽医工作者的布病防控进行了探讨,提出了一些具有针对性和可操作性的对策建议。

Brucellosis is a kind of zoonotic infectious disease caused by Brucella that seriously endangers people’s health and affects the development of animal husbandry.It is classified as a second animal disease in our country,at the same time,it was also listed as a category B infectious disease in the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases.In December 2019,an outbreak of Brucellosis in the Lanzhou Institute of Veterinary Medicine,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,caused by improper laboratory operation,once again sounded an alarm for the prevention and control of brucellosis among animal husbandry and veterinary workers.It was discussed in this paper that the prevention and control of Brucellosis in animal husbandry and veterinary workers.And it was put forward that some countermeasures and suggestions with pertinence and operability.
